Payment methods at SpellArmory
Pay for your order securely with a variety of Dutch, Belgian, and international payment methods. The specific options you see depend on, among other things, your location, device, and the availability of the payment method during checkout.
Available payment methods
The payment methods available for your order will be automatically displayed in the checkout. The following payment methods, among others, may be available:
iDEAL | Wero
Pay directly via your own bank environment. iDEAL is currently in the transition to Wero; during this transition, you may encounter the combined name iDEAL | Wero.
Bancontact
Belgian customers can, when available in the checkout, pay directly via Bancontact and their supported bank.
Credit & debit cards
Pay with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, among others, plus other supported debit and credit cards displayed during checkout.
PayPal
When PayPal is available, you can check out via your PayPal account without re-entering your payment details at SpellArmory.
Klarna
Klarna can offer various payment options, such as pay now, pay later, or paying in installments. Which options are available to you are determined by Klarna and the checkout.
Apple Pay
On supported Apple devices, you can check out quickly with Apple Pay, for example using Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.
Google Pay
On supported devices and browsers, Google Pay may appear as a fast payment method during checkout.
Shop Pay
With Shop Pay, you can securely save your information within Shopify's checkout, so you can check out faster on your next supported purchase.
Secure payment
SpellArmory uses Shopify and affiliated payment providers to process payments. The webshop and checkout use a secure HTTPS connection.
Sensitive payment data, such as full card details, is processed by the relevant payment provider. SpellArmory does not need these full card details to handle your order.
When is my payment processed?
The moment a payment is debited or becomes visible on your account varies per payment method and financial institution.
- iDEAL | Wero and Bancontact: the payment is usually confirmed immediately during checkout.
- Credit and debit cards: processing is handled by your card issuer; the moment the transaction is visible may differ per provider.
- PayPal: the payment is processed via your PayPal account and the payment source chosen there.
- Klarna: the payment term and method follow from the option Klarna offers you during checkout.
- Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay: the final debit occurs via the payment method linked to the respective wallet or checkout.
Order confirmation & invoice
After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation via email with your order details.
Do you need a separate invoice for your administration or do you have a question about the invoice details of an order? Then please contact us via info@spellarmory.com.
For certain used goods, SpellArmory may apply the legal margin scheme. When this scheme applies, VAT is not stated separately as deductible VAT on the invoice.
Payment failed or order unclear?
Did the payment abort, are you getting an error message, or are you unsure if your order was placed?
First, check if you have received an order confirmation from SpellArmory and if the payment is visible in your bank or payment app. In case of doubt, do not try to place the same order multiple times in short succession.
Still having trouble? Send us your name, the email address used, and, if possible, the time of the payment attempt. We can then check if there is an order in our system.
