Payment Methods at SpellArmory
At SpellArmory, you can pay safely and easily using a wide range of payment methods — for both Dutch and Belgian customers, on desktop and mobile.
Available payment methods
iDEAL & iDEAL Wero
The most commonly used payment method in the Netherlands. You pay directly via your own trusted banking environment. iDEAL Wero is the updated version of iDEAL with extended functionality.
Bancontact
The standard payment method for Belgian customers. Fast, secure, and directly via your Belgian bank.
Credit card — Visa, Mastercard & American Express
Pay with your credit card of choice. Convenient for international customers or if you want to bundle purchases on one statement.
Maestro
Pay with your Maestro debit card, directly linked to your bank account.
PayPal
Pay quickly and securely via your PayPal account, without directly sharing your payment details. Useful if you already have a PayPal balance or want extra buyer protection.
Klarna — pay afterwards or in installments
Klarna offers the option to pay for your order afterwards or in installments. Useful if you want to spread out your purchase. Klarna payments are subject to Klarna's own terms and approval.
Apple Pay
Pay quickly and securely via Face ID or Touch ID on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. No manual entry of payment details required.
Google Pay
Fast mobile payments via your Google account on Android devices or in Chrome.
Shop Pay
Shopify's own express checkout. Save your payment and address details for a smoother checkout on your next order.
Secure payment
All payments at SpellArmory are processed via a secure HTTPS connection (SSL). You can recognize this by the padlock icon in your browser's address bar. Your full payment details are never stored by SpellArmory itself — processing takes place entirely via our payment provider and your own bank or card issuer.
When will my payment be debited?
For iDEAL and Bancontact, the amount is debited immediately after confirming your payment. For credit card and Maestro, processing is almost immediate, but the debit will appear on your next statement depending on your card provider. For PayPal, the amount is processed directly via your PayPal account. For Klarna, the payment terms you selected at checkout apply.
Invoices & administration
After every successful order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email with all order details. You can use this email as proof of purchase for your personal administration. Do you need a separate invoice for business purposes? Send a message to info@spellarmory.com — we will see what is possible.
Problems with payment?
If you are unable to complete a payment, or if you are unsure whether your order has gone through correctly, please contact us via the contact page or send an email to info@spellarmory.com. Please include your name, the email address you used to order, and if possible, the time of the attempt. We will check it for you immediately.
