Shipping & Returns

At SpellArmory, we do our best to get your Magic: The Gathering products to you safely, quickly, and neatly packaged. On this page, you can read all about shipping, delivery times, and how returns work.

Dispatch

Postage costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the weight and size of your order. As a guideline, you can expect:

  • Letterbox package (smaller orders, for example sleeves or single boosters): €4.95
  • Standard package (e.g. booster boxes, bundles or multiple products): €6.95

For the current shipping costs, you will always see the total at checkout.

Shipping Partner & Track & Trace

We ship via PostNL/DHL . As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track your package all the way to your front door or collection point.

Delivery time

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days .
  • The delivery time within the Netherlands is usually 1 working day after shipment .
  • During busy periods (new set releases, holidays) delivery time may be slightly longer.

Not at home or delivery at collection point

If you're not home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will follow the carrier's standard procedure (e.g., a second delivery attempt or delivery to a nearby collection point). You can always see the current status and any follow-up actions in your Track & Trace.

Damaged or incomplete package

Did your order arrive damaged, or are you missing one or more items? This is certainly not what you want. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact page and, if possible, include photos of the packaging and the damaged product.

Together we will look for a suitable solution, such as replacement, (partial) refund or another form of compensation.

Returns

Reflection period & return period

Of course, it can happen that a product isn't quite what you're looking for. As a consumer in the EU, you have a legal right of withdrawal. In short:

  • You have 14 days after receiving your order to indicate that you want to return it.
  • After registering your return, you have 14 days to return the product to us.

Returns Policy

  • Products should be returned in their original condition and packaging, if reasonably possible.
  • We cannot always fully refund opened, played with, or visibly damaged products. For collectible items, the condition of the product may affect its value; in that case, we may charge a depreciation fee.
  • If you received the wrong product or it's defective, please contact us first.
  • Pre-orders and special promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions. We will then state this with the product in question.

How do I report a return?

  1. First check whether your return falls within the stated period and conditions.
  2. Submit your return request via the Return Request page or contact us via the Contact page .
  3. Always include your order number and a brief description of the reason for return.
  4. You will receive further instructions from us for returning your order.
  5. Please pack the items carefully, preferably in the original packaging and box, so that they are not damaged during transport.

Return costs

Unless otherwise agreed, the costs of returning the products are borne by the customer.

If there is an error on our part (for example, an incorrectly delivered item or a demonstrably damaged product upon receipt), we will work together to find a suitable solution and we can reimburse the return costs as agreed.

Refund

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you a confirmation by email.
  • If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase amount (including any standard shipping costs of the original order) within 5–10 business days .
  • The refund will be made via the same payment method you used for payment, unless otherwise agreed.
