At SpellArmory, we do our best to get your Magic: The Gathering products to your home safely, quickly, and neatly packaged. On this page, you can read all about shipping, delivery times, and how our return process works.

Shipping

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

  • Mailbox package (smaller orders, e.g., sleeves or single boosters): €4.95
  • Standard package (e.g., booster boxes, bundles, or multiple products): €6.95

For current shipping costs, you will always see the total amount at checkout.

Shipping Partner & Track & Trace

We ship via PostNL or DHL. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track your package to your doorstep or collection point.

Delivery Time

  • Processing time: We aim to ship orders within 0 to 1 business day.
  • Delivery time: Delivery time within the Netherlands is usually 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

Please note: During new set releases or holidays, delivery times may vary.

Returns

Cooling-off Period & Return Period

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return the product to us.

Important Conditions (Magic: The Gathering)

Due to the nature of Trading Card Games and the fluctuating collectible value of their contents, we apply strict rules for returns:

  1. Factory Seal: Products such as Booster Packs, Commander Decks, Bundles, and Display Boxes can only be returned if the original factory seal (plastic wrap) is completely intact and unopened.
  2. Exclusion: Once the seal is broken, the product can not be returned or exchanged. We do this to ensure the integrity of our products for all our customers.
  3. Condition: Other products (such as accessories) must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

How do I register a return?

Submit your return request via the 'Return Request' page or the contact page. After approval, you will receive instructions. We only accept returns by mail.

Return Costs

The costs for returning products are for the customer's account. We recommend shipping with Track & Trace; SpellArmory is not responsible for lost returns.

Refund

After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email confirmation. If the return meets the conditions, we will refund the purchase amount including the original shipping costs within 7 days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
