At SpellArmory, we ensure that your Magic: The Gathering products arrive safely, carefully packaged, and as quickly as possible. On this page, you will find everything about shipping costs, delivery times, pickup, returns, and refunds.


Shipping within the Netherlands

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

  • Letterbox package (smaller orders, such as sleeves or single boosters): €4.95
  • Standard package (booster boxes, bundles, multiple products): €6.95
  • Free shipping for orders over €100

The exact amount will always be shown before you complete your order in the checkout.

Processing Time & Delivery Time
  • Processing Time: We aim to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery Time: After shipping, PostNL or DHL usually delivers your package within 1–2 business days.

Please note that around new set releases or holidays, processing time may be slightly longer.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace link. This allows you to follow your package to your door or the nearest pickup point. It may take a few hours for the tracking to become active in the carrier's system.


Shipping to Belgium, Germany, France, and Luxembourg

SpellArmory also ships to Belgium, Germany, France, and Luxembourg. International shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Belgium: · standard package €10.95
  • Germany: · standard package €9.95
  • France & Luxembourg: · standard package €9.95

Pickup in Maastricht

Prefer to pick up your order yourself? You can — free of charge and by appointment daily in Maastricht. Choose "Pickup" at checkout, and we will contact you to arrange a pickup time. Pickup is available for both immediately available products and pre-orders once they have arrived.


Packaging

We carefully package every order to prevent damage during transport. Booster boxes and larger products are reinforced with extra packaging material. Singles and delicate cards are sleeve-protected and rigidly packed. If anything arrives damaged, please refer to the "Damaged Shipments" section below.


Returns

Cooling-off Period & Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without stating a reason. After submitting your return request, you have another 30 days to return the product to us.

Conditions for Return — Magic: The Gathering Products

Due to the nature of Trading Card Games and the collectible value of their contents, strict return conditions apply:

  1. Factory seal intact: Booster packs, booster boxes, Commander decks, bundles, and other sealed products can only be returned if the original factory seal is completely intact and unopened.
  2. Opened products: Once the seal is broken, returns or exchanges are no longer possible. This policy protects the integrity of our products for all customers.
  3. Accessories: Accessories such as sleeves, deck boxes, and playmats must be returned in unused condition and original packaging.
How to Request a Return?

Submit your return request via the Return Request page or contact us via the contact page. Always include your order number. After approval, you will receive further instructions by email. Returns are only accepted by post.

Return Costs

The costs for return shipping are at the customer's expense. We recommend shipping with Track & Trace — SpellArmory is not liable for lost return shipments.


Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Has your order arrived damaged or incomplete, or did you receive the wrong product? Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact page or info@spellarmory.com. If possible, include photos of:

  • The exterior of the package
  • The damaged or incorrect product
  • The damaged packaging or seal

We will always work with you to find a suitable solution.


Refund

After receiving and checking your return shipment, we will send a confirmation by email. If the return meets the conditions, we will refund the purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, within 7 days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
