Orders & Shipping
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. During busy periods — such as new set releases or holidays — this may take slightly longer. As soon as your order is on its way, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code via email.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on weight and size. An indication:
- Mailbox package (e.g., sleeves or single boosters): €4.95
- Standard package (e.g., booster boxes, bundles, or multiple products): €6.95
- Free shipping on orders from €100 within the Netherlands.

Will I receive a Track & Trace code?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link that allows you to track your package. It may take a few hours for the tracking to become active in the carrier's system.
My Track & Trace is not updating. What now?
Track & Trace information is sometimes updated with a delay. If the status remains unchanged for a long time or you are concerned about your shipment, please contact us via the contact page with your order number — we will investigate it for you.
Do you also ship to other countries?
In addition to the Netherlands, we also ship to Belgium, Germany, France, and Luxembourg. Shipping costs for international orders are automatically calculated at checkout. If you have questions about your specific destination, feel free to contact us at info@spellarmory.com.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Pickup in Maastricht is free and possible daily by appointment. Select "Pickup" at checkout, and we will contact you to arrange a time.
Returns & Complaints
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days after receipt to request a return, without stating a reason. After approval, you have another 30 days to return the product. Read the full terms and conditions on the Shipping & Returns page.
Can I return an opened MTG product?
No. Products such as booster boxes, booster packs, bundles, and Commander decks can only be returned if the original factory seal is completely intact. Once the seal is broken, returns are no longer possible due to the nature of Trading Card Games and the fluctuating collector's value of the contents.
How do I request a return?
Submit your request via the Return Request page. After approval, you will receive further instructions. Always include your order number. Returns are only accepted by mail; return costs are at the customer's expense. We recommend shipping with Track & Trace — SpellArmory is not responsible for lost returns.
My product arrived damaged or incomplete. What should I do?
That is certainly not our intention. Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact page and include photos of the outside of the package, the damaged product, and any damaged sealing. We will work together to find a suitable solution.
I have a complaint. Where can I go?
We are happy to resolve complaints directly. View our procedure on the Complaints page or contact us directly via the contact page. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
Payments
Which payment methods does SpellArmory accept?
At SpellArmory, you can securely pay with the following methods:
- iDEAL / iDEAL Wero — direct payment via your own bank (Netherlands)
- Bancontact — the most widely used payment method in Belgium
- Credit Card — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
- Maestro — debit card via your bank
- PayPal — fast and trusted payment via your PayPal account
- Klarna — pay afterwards or in installments
- Apple Pay — fast and secure payment via your Apple device
- Google Pay — fast payment via your Google account
- Shop Pay — quick checkout via Shopify

Is paying at SpellArmory secure?
Yes. All payments are processed via a secure connection (SSL/HTTPS). Your payment details are processed by our payment provider — SpellArmory never stores your full payment details.
When will my payment be debited?
For iDEAL and Bancontact, immediately after confirmation. For credit cards and PayPal, almost immediately; for Klarna, according to your chosen payment option. More details can be found on the Payment Methods page.
Payment failed or you're unsure if your order went through correctly?
Contact us via info@spellarmory.com or the contact page. Provide your name, the email address used, and the time of the attempt — we will check it for you immediately.
Discounts & Price Match
How do discount codes work?
You enter discount codes during checkout, in the "Discount code" field. The discount will be applied automatically. Please note: discount codes are not valid on pre-order products. If you want to know if a specific code is valid, please contact us at info@spellarmory.com.
What is the welcome discount?
New customers who sign up for our newsletter receive a welcome code with €5 discount on a minimum order of €50. The code is automatically included in the welcome email after registration and is valid for 30 days. The code is not valid on pre-orders.
What is Price Match?
Do you find an identical product cheaper at another Dutch web store? Let us know before you place your order — chances are we'll match the price. Read the exact terms and conditions on the Price Match page.
Pre-orders
How do pre-orders work at SpellArmory?
With a pre-order, you reserve products before the official release date. You pay directly when placing your order, after which we reserve the products with our distributor. Your order will be shipped as soon as the stock has arrived at our warehouse. Read all about our pre-order policy on the Pre-orders page.
Are discount codes valid on pre-orders?
No. Discount codes — including the welcome discount — are not valid on pre-order products. However, you will still earn SpellShards on every pre-order purchase.
What happens if a pre-order is delayed or cannot be delivered in full?
Sometimes SpellArmory receives insufficient allocation from the distributor or a delivery is delayed. In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible. Orders are processed in order of receipt. Customers who cannot be served will receive a full refund.
Can I combine a pre-order with immediately available products?
Yes, you can. However, your entire order will be shipped in one shipment as soon as all products are available. If you want immediately available products sooner, please contact us after placing your order — in some cases, we may charge extra shipping costs for a second shipment.
Until when can I cancel a pre-order?
You can cancel a pre-order up to and including one day before the official release date. After that, cancellation is no longer possible. You can cancel via the contact page or by email to info@spellarmory.com. Always include your order number.
SpellShards Loyalty Program
How do I earn SpellShards?
For every euro you spend at SpellArmory, you automatically earn SpellShards. These can later be redeemed for discounts and other rewards. All details about earning, redeeming, Tiers, and Quests can be found on the SpellShards Loyalty page.
How do I redeem SpellShards?
You can redeem SpellShards via the SpellShards widget at the bottom right of the webshop. Log in with the email address you used for your order to view your balance and available rewards. Examples of rewards: €1 discount per 100 Shards, special products at certain Tiers.
Do I also earn SpellShards on pre-orders and discounted items?
Yes, you also earn SpellShards on pre-orders. SpellShards are calculated on the actual amount paid after any discounts.
I cannot see my SpellShards balance. What now?
Please check if you are logged in with the same email address you used for your order. If it still doesn't work, please contact us at info@spellarmory.com — we will help you link your balance.
Account & Other Questions
Do I need an account to order?
No, ordering as a guest is perfectly possible. With an account, you can more easily view your order history and keep track of your SpellShards.
I made a mistake in my address or order. What now?
Contact us as soon as possible via the contact page or info@spellarmory.com and provide your order number. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will adjust it for you where possible.
Do I need an invoice for my administration?
After each order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email that you can use as an invoice. Do you need a separate invoice for business administration? Send a message via info@spellarmory.com — we will see what is possible.
