Article 1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  1. Entrepreneur: SpellArmory, established in Maastricht, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 98579827.
  2. Customer: The natural person who places an order with SpellArmory.
  3. Products: All goods offered by SpellArmory, including Magic: The Gathering singles, sealed products, and accessories.

Article 2. Applicability

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from SpellArmory and to every agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the customer.
  2. Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the customer via the website.

Article 3. The Offer and Grading

  1. If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.
  2. Singles & Grading: SpellArmory uses the official Cardmarket grading standards (NM, EX, GD, LP, PL, PO) for single cards. While we assess the condition of cards with the utmost care, grading remains a human process. In the event of a condition dispute, we always strive to find a suitable solution.
  3. Images of singles may be stock photos. For more expensive cards or specific versions, we try to use our own scans.

Article 4. Price and Payment

  1. The prices stated are in euros, including VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  2. Margin scheme: Used goods (such as individual Magic cards/singles) are subject to the margin scheme. 0% VAT is shown on the invoice, as the VAT has already been paid in the previous transaction.
  3. The regular VAT rate of 21% applies to new products (sealed products, sleeves, deck boxes).
  4. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered in the webshop (such as iDEAL, Bancontact, etc.) prior to shipment.

Article 5. Delivery and Execution

  1. SpellArmory aims to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving payment.
  2. Shipping is via PostNL or DHL. The risk of damage or loss of products remains with the entrepreneur until the moment of delivery to the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
  3. Combined shipping: Orders placed through the webshop and Cardmarket can be combined. In that case, any excess shipping costs will be compensated (e.g., through our 5% refund policy).

Article 6. Right of withdrawal (Returns)

  1. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (cooling-off period).
  2. Sealed Product Exception: Sealed products (Booster Boxes, Bundles, Commander Decks, Packs) can only be returned if the seal (foil) is intact. Once the seal is broken, the purchase is final and cannot be returned due to depreciation and vulnerability to fraud.
  3. When returning singles, they must be returned in exactly the same condition (grading) and packaging.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error by SpellArmory.

Article 7. Complaints procedure

  1. Do you have a complaint about the condition of a card or its delivery? Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page or WhatsApp.
  2. Complaints will be answered within 14 days of receipt. SpellArmory is happy to resolve any issues amicably (for example, through a replacement or refund).
