Want to return a product? It's a shame it's not quite what you were looking for, but we're happy to help you make your return process smooth. This page explains how to submit a return request .

Before requesting a return, we recommend reading our Shipping & Returns page first. All terms, conditions, and rules regarding returns are clearly explained there.

Step 1 – Check whether your return is possible

First check whether your order falls within the return period and whether the product meets the conditions:

  • You are within the specified cooling-off period (14 days).
  • The product is, if reasonably possible, still in its original condition and packaging.
  • This does not concern a product that is explicitly excluded from return (for example, a special promotion or an opened collector's product where the value depends heavily on the seal).

Step 2 – Submit your return request

You can register your return in two ways:

  1. Via the contact page (recommended). For example, choose "Return Request" as the subject line.
  2. Or send an email directly to info@spellarmory.nl with all the necessary information.

What information do we need?

Please include the following information in your return request:

  • Name: so we know who we are contacting.
  • Email address: where we can reach you.
  • Order number: for example #SA-12345 .
  • Date of Receipt: Approximately when you received your order.
  • Product(s) you wish to return: name + quantity.
  • Reason for return: briefly explain (e.g., “not what I was looking for,” “ordered twice,” “received damaged”).
  • Photos of damage or incorrect delivery: For damaged or incorrectly delivered items, please provide a few clear photos of:
    • The outside of the packaging.
    • The damaged product itself.
    • Any sealing if relevant.

Step 3 – Assessment & Return Instructions

After you submit your return request, we'll check whether the return meets the conditions and send you return instructions . These include:

  • The correct return address.
  • Any reference you need to include on the package.
  • Whether the return costs will be at your expense or (in case of an error on our part) will be reimbursed by us.

Always send your package well protected, so that cards and products are not damaged during transport.

Step 4 – Receipt & Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation by email.

  • If everything is in order, we will start the refund as soon as possible.
  • Refunds will be made via the same payment method you used for payment, unless otherwise agreed.
