Do you want to return a product? We're sorry it wasn't quite what you were looking for, but we're happy to help you make your return go smoothly. On this page, we explain how to submit a return request.
Before you request a return, we recommend that you first read our Shipping & Returns page. All conditions, terms, and rules regarding returns are clearly explained there.
Step 1 – Check if your return is possible
First, check if your order falls within the return period and if the product meets the conditions:
- You are within the specified cooling-off period (30 days).
- The product is, if reasonably possible, still in its original condition and packaging.
- It is not a product explicitly excluded from return (for example, a special offer or an opened collectible product where the value is highly dependent on the seal).
Step 2 – Submit your return request
You can register your return in two ways:
- Via the contact page (recommended). For example, choose "Return request" as the subject.
- Or by directly sending an email to info@spellarmory.com with all necessary details.
The more complete your request, the faster we can help you.
What information do we need?
Please include the following information in your return request:
- Name: so we know who we are in contact with.
- Email address: where we can reach you.
- Order number: for example #SA-12345.
- Date of receipt: approximately when you received the order.
- Product(s) you wish to return: name + quantity.
- Reason for return: briefly explained (e.g., "not what I was looking for," "ordered twice," "received damaged").

Photos in case of damage or incorrect delivery: for damaged or incorrectly delivered items, please provide a few clear photos of:
- The exterior of the packaging.
- The damaged product itself.
- Any sealing if relevant.
Step 3 – Assessment & return instructions
After you have submitted your return request, we will check if the return falls within the conditions and send you return instructions. These will include:
- The correct return address.
- Any reference you need to mention on the package.
- Whether the return costs are for your account or (in case of an error on our part) will be reimbursed by us.
Always send your package well-protected so that cards and products are not damaged during transport.
Step 4 – Receipt & refund
As soon as we have received and checked your return shipment, we will send you a confirmation by email.
- If everything is in order, we will initiate the refund as soon as possible.
- Refunds are made via the same payment method you used to pay, unless otherwise agreed.
