SpellArmory is a Dutch webshop entirely focused on Magic: The Gathering. Not a thousand different games, but one clear focus: a well-stocked armory full of cards, decks, and accessories that make your next game night more fun, fairly priced, and a little more special.
How SpellArmory was founded
SpellArmory started from a player's perspective, not from a large chain. I am Omèr, a passionate Magic player myself, and I noticed how large the price difference between various webshops could be. Some prices honestly felt simply out of proportion.
From that frustration and love for the game, the idea was born: to build a webshop that is community-oriented, with competitive prices and transparent service. A place where you order your cards from someone who understands what it feels like to crack a booster, play a prerelease, or run a Commander pod late into the night.
Vision & pricing policy
My goal is to offer products as competitively as possible. I believe in fair prices. Magic is already expensive enough, so I don't charge exorbitant profits, but ensure that you can play for a fair amount.
Currently, I work with a handful of distributors. The more SpellArmory grows, the better the purchasing conditions become—and the more competitively I can set the prices. I am honest about this: growth of the webshop = better purchasing = better prices for you.
Future dream: a WPN store in Maastricht
SpellArmory is currently a webshop, but it's not meant to "just be a webshop." My dream is to open my own WPN store (Wizards Play Network) in Maastricht within a few years. A physical place where you can:
- Play weekly game nights.
- Attend tournaments, prereleases, and community events.
- Simply drop by to talk about decks, cards, and new releases.
The webshop is the first step: building a community and laying a foundation on which a physical SpellArmory store can grow.

Who is behind SpellArmory?
Behind SpellArmory is not an anonymous company, but just one person: Omèr. Besides my work as a social worker and fatherhood, I spend my free hours expanding this webshop and community.
I am the type of player who still wants to "briefly" tweak a deck at 11 PM and is still comparing cards at 2 AM — or just admiring the artwork. Commander is my favorite format: the political game at the table, the beautiful interactions and combos that your friend came up with again, and especially the camaraderie of getting together again. Besides being a player, I am also a collector, and every now and then I still enjoy ripping some packs myself during a draft night.
My mission? To keep Magic accessible for everyone who loves it, without emptying your wallet after one booster box.
