Modern Masters 2017: Booster Box
Modern Masters 2017: Booster Box
Free pickup in Maastricht, by appointment. How it works
Modern Masters 2017 brings iconic Modern cards together in a set built from the very first booster for drafting. This Booster Box contains 24 boosters with 15 cards each — and one premium foil card in every booster.
The set pulls together cards from various well-known worlds and periods of Magic, including Innistrad, Zendikar, New Phyrexia, Alara, and Ravnica. The result is not an ordinary collection of reprints, but a specially curated Limited environment with 249 cards.
Every booster contains 15 playing cards with one rare or mythic rare, three uncommons, ten commons, and one guaranteed premium foil.
Modern reprints built around Draft
Modern Masters 2017 is the successor to Modern Masters 2013 and 2015. All cards in the set had appeared in Magic before, but Wizards brought them together again to allow famous Modern cards to function in a completely new Limited environment.
The set encompasses cards and mechanics from multiple popular Magic worlds, allowing the Draft environment to connect different strategies and eras.
24 boosters per box
15 cards per booster
249 cards in the set
1 premium foil in every booster
Specially designed for Draft & Limited
A foil in every booster
With Modern Masters 2017, foil is not just a possible bonus. Every booster contains one premium foil card as standard. This takes the place where a basic land slot would normally be in a traditional booster.
As a result, a full box of 24 boosters contains at least 24 foil cards, in addition to the regular rare/mythic, uncommon, and common slots.
24 boosters, 360 cards
Every booster contains fifteen playing cards: one rare or mythic rare, three uncommons, ten commons, and one premium foil. A complete box therefore contains 360 cards.
- 1 rare or mythic rare
- 3 uncommons
- 10 commons
