In the Wasteland, you don't throw anything away. Especially not when Dogmeat finds it still usable. The Scrappy Survivors Commander Deck brings the survival aspect of Fallout to Magic with Dogmeat, Ever Loyal, a pile of Equipment and Auras, and the perfect resource for every wasteland scavenger: Junk.
This red-green-white deck rewards you for equipping and enchanting your creatures. Upon entering the battlefield, Dogmeat immediately digs through your library for usable gear, and every equipped or enchanted attacker subsequently provides a Junk token. You can sacrifice that Junk later to temporarily play the top card of your library. This way, your survivor doesn't just grow in power—every attack also helps you find your next piece of loot.

- Dogmeat is the ultimate scavenger: When he enters the battlefield, you mill five cards and return an Aura or Equipment from your graveyard to your hand.
- Attacking yields Junk: Every time one of your enchanted or equipped creatures attacks, Dogmeat creates a Junk token.
- Junk becomes new card selection: Tap and sacrifice a Junk token during your main phase to exile the top card of your library and play it this turn.
