Why do all the dirty work yourself when you have three opponents who can do it perfectly for you? The Blame Game Commander Deck turns the Commander table into one big accusation: point out suspects, make them dangerous, and then ensure they attack each other instead.
Nelly Borca, Impulsive Accuser combines Suspect and Goad into a delightfully political strategy. Every time she attacks, you make a creature suspected and then goad all suspected creatures. Those creatures gain menace, cannot block, and are forced into the fray. Do an opponent's creatures then hit another opponent? Then both you and the attacking player get to draw a card.

Why choose Blame Game?
- Let your opponents fight each other: Goad forces creatures to attack and, if possible, choose someone other than you.
- Suspects can’t defend: Suspected creatures have menace and cannot block, meaning you simultaneously encourage attacks and break down defenses.
- Nelly rewards good behavior: When an opponent's creatures deal combat damage to one of your other opponents, you draw a card — and so does that attacking player.
- Full of multiplayer cards: Disrupt Decorum, Vengeful Ancestor, Agitator Ant, Shiny Impetus, Martial Impetus, and Bloodthirsty Blade keep creatures constantly moving.
- Protect yourself while the rest fight: Ghostly Prison, Windborn Muse, Comeuppance, Deflecting Palm, and Take the Bait make you a particularly unattractive target.
- A very different alternative commander: Feather, Radiant Arbiter can copy single-target noncreature spells onto multiple creatures, giving you a completely new way to build.

Nelly has vigilance. Whenever she attacks, you suspect a target creature and then goad all suspected creatures. When one or more creatures an opponent controls deal combat damage to one or more of your other opponents, you and the controller of those creatures each draw a card.

Feather is a 4/3 with flying and lifelink. Whenever you cast a noncreature spell that targets only Feather, you may pay {2} for each other eligible creature to copy that spell for that creature as well. This allows Blame Game to transform from the command zone into a completely different Boros spell strategy.
Suspect + Goad: the perfect accusation
A suspected creature has menace and cannot block. A goaded creature must attack each combat if able and must attack a player other than the one who goaded it, if able. Nelly combines both mechanics: she makes a creature worse at defending and then sends it in someone else's direction.
