When Lorwyn awakens, the whole world dances along. The Dance of the Elements Commander Deck brings the colorful side of Lorwyn Eclipsed to life with a five-color army of Elementals, spectacular enters-abilities, and the return of one of Lorwyn's most famous mechanics: evoke.
Ashling, the Limitless lets you play large Elementals for a fixed evoke cost and turns their brief stay on the battlefield into new opportunities. As soon as you sacrifice a non-token Elemental, Ashling creates a temporary copy of it. This allows a single Elemental to trigger its enters-effect, vanish, and immediately return once more. With Mass of Mysteries as an alternative commander, the deck shifts toward explosive multiplayer combat with myriad.

Why choose Dance of the Elements?
- Five-color Elementals: Play powerful Elementals from all five Magic colors, from Endurance and Fury to Yarok, the Desecrated and various versions of Omnath.
- Ashling gives your Elementals evoke: Elemental permanent spells that you cast from your hand gain evoke {4}, allowing you to use expensive cards much earlier for their immediate effect.
- Sacrificing doesn't mean vanishing: When you sacrifice a non-token Elemental, Ashling creates a token copy of it with haste. This allows you to utilize valuable enters-abilities again.
- Keep your best copies: Normally, Ashling's copy vanishes during your next end step, but if you pay all five colors of mana, it can simply stay.
- Enters-abilities galore: Mulldrifter, Shriekmaw, Foundation Breaker, Cavalier of Thorns, Titan of Industry, and other Elementals provide immediate value when they appear.
- Elemental classics: The decklist includes Risen Reef, Incandescent Soulstoke, Horde of Notions, Omnath, Locus of Rage, and Maelstrom Wanderer, among others.

Ashling gives Elemental permanent spells from your hand evoke {4}. Use the cheaper evoke cost to get their enters-effect early; when you sacrifice the Elemental afterwards, Ashling makes a token copy of it. That copy gains haste and can trigger its enters-ability again.
Mass of Mysteries

Mass of Mysteries is a 5/5 with first strike, vigilance, and trample. At the beginning of each combat, it gives another Elemental you control myriad, allowing that creature to send temporary copies at your other opponents during a multiplayer attack.
Evoke: lose a creature, not the value
Evoke lets you cast a permanent for an alternative cost, after which it is sacrificed upon entering the battlefield. In Dance of the Elements, that is exactly the start of the engine: enters-effects trigger, sacrifice synergies are activated, and Ashling can then make a new copy.
Playstyle:
Dance of the Elements is especially interesting if you enjoy value engines, strong enters-abilities, and the constant reuse of creatures. The five-color nature also gives you access to Elementals from almost the entire history of Magic.
