One Eldrazi spell is already a problem. Ulalek wonders why you wouldn't want two. The Eldrazi Incursion Commander Deck brings together five colors, colorless mana, Eldrazi Spawn, Eldrazi Scions, and giant interdimensional monsters under the leadership of Ulalek, Fused Atrocity.
Cast an Eldrazi while Ulalek is on the battlefield and you get the option to pay two colorless mana. If you do, Ulalek copies all spells you currently control and then your other activated and triggered abilities as well. What starts as one Eldrazi spell can therefore cause a complete chain reaction on the stack.

Why choose Eldrazi Incursion?
- Ulalek copies complete stacks: Cast an Eldrazi, pay {C}{C}, and copy all spells you control plus your other activated and triggered abilities.

Ulalek has devoid and is therefore colorless itself. Whenever you cast an Eldrazi spell, you may pay {C}{C}. If you do, you copy all spells you control and then all other activated and triggered abilities you control. You may choose new targets for the copies.
Azlask, the Swelling Scourge

Whenever Azlask or another colorless creature you control dies, you get an experience counter. Then, pay all five colors of mana to give your entire army +X/+X based on your experience counters. Eldrazi Scions and Spawns also gain indestructible and annihilator 1.
Colorless is not the same as colorless mana
Many Eldrazi are colorless, but Ulalek specifically asks for the mana symbol {C}. That must actually be produced by a mana source as colorless mana. A land that only produces colored mana cannot simply pay those costs.
