One spell is preparation. The second is where the Jeskai truly strike. The Jeskai Striker Commander Deck rewards you for cleverly combining instants and sorceries, casting multiple spells per turn, and copying exactly the spells that matter most at that moment.
Shiko and Narset, Unified bring the Jeskai mechanic Flurry to the command zone. Every time you cast your second spell of a turn, you may copy that spell if it targets a permanent or player. If there is nothing to copy, you draw a card instead. And because this can trigger every turn, instant-speed plays during your opponents' turns become extra interesting.

Shiko and Narset are a 4/4 with flying and vigilance. When you cast your second spell of a turn, Flurry triggers. If that spell targets a permanent or player, you may copy it and choose new targets. If you don't copy a spell with the ability, you draw a card.
Elsha, Threefold Master
Featured Commander · Blue / Red / White · Djinn Monk
Elsha starts as a modest 1/1, but has both trample and prowess. Any noncreature spell can therefore make her bigger. When she deals combat damage to a player, you create that many 1/1 white Monk tokens with prowess — meaning one successful attack can immediately generate a new army.
What does Flurry mean?
Flurry is an ability word that triggers when you cast your second spell in a turn. It doesn't matter what happened to the first spell. Because every player has their own turn, you can also activate Flurry during your opponents' turns with enough instants.
Playstyle:
Jeskai Striker is for players who like to keep their options open. Instead of spending all your mana immediately in your own main phase, you wait for the right moment, combine cheap spells, and get as much value as possible out of every second spell.
